Digital-service start & cooling-off (UK consumer law)

I agree that SoloCogs may start supplying the digital service to my child immediately - I do not want to wait 14 days for access. I acknowledge that, by asking for immediate access, I will lose the automatic 14-day cooling-off refund for any content my child has already accessed. Full detail in the Refund Policy. My statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed service are unaffected.
